Power Distribution Unit Builds

A wide range of power distribution units have been designed at both 400V and 800V for our customers. High current is not a problem for us! One of our Power Distribution Units was feeding 4 hub motors on a large 4×4 pickup truck consuming well over 1600 Amps.

Other vehicle applications we have applied our technology to include high performance European coupe and C segment vehicles, high specification luxury European 4×4, 16T Battery Electric Commercial Vehicle, and high current development vehicles.

High Voltage Systems Design

FutureMotiv can design and specify High Voltage systems according to customer requirements, global regulations and robust safety analyses. We’re fully versed in 48V, 400V and 800V systems for a range of on and off highway applications.

With our team of Live Working qualified staff, we can support with system commissioning and troubleshooting.
