NOVEMBER 2023 Monthly Newsletter

Halloween is over, the leaves are falling from the trees, and before you know it, it will be the Festive Season.

In this month’s Newsletter we highlight a celebration of light over darkness, show the improvements we have made to our HQ in Warwickshire, and the second edition of our Annual Magazine.

Sign Ups Still Open

Issue two of FutureMotiv’s Annual Magazine will be hot off the press in December.

Unfortunately, those who wish to have a physical copy have missed the cut-off point.

But don’t worry! You can still sign up for the digital version, delivered direct to your inbox once it lands! If you haven’t been following our progress over 2023, this issue takes a look at what we have been up to, plus discusses the latest in the world of low-carbon mobility. Diwali 2023

After the success of last year’s Diwali celebrations, the FutureMotiv team reignited the festival of light to share their culture and traditions.

There were over 40 people in attendance, and after kicking off with a few games, there was a delicious array of tasty Indian dishes for everyone to enjoy. A big thank you to those who provided all the wonderful food and to everyone for making it such a special occasion.

We’d better start planning for next year and add more cultural events to the calendar!

Office Updates – Soundproofing

It has been nearly 2 years since moving into our new HQ in Warwickshire and we are continuously looking to make improvements that benefit our teams.

The latest in these improvements is the installation of soundproofing within the office spaces.

As our projects have become more varied, our team has grown to accommodate that. These updates will allow our workshop and clerical employees to better work within the same building.

November Challenge – Macmillan Cancer Support

We are so incredibly proud of the effort that the FutureMotiv team put into their communities – and this month effort is the operative word!

To raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, a particularly active contingent of the group has embarked upon a physical challenge that would make Arnie proud.

They are vowing to complete 100 press-ups every day this month – or for those who are unable to do press-ups, any repetitive exercise 100 times a day.

Yes, they are mad. Yes, we have donated. And yes, we are willing them on until the end!

As always, keep an eye on our LinkedIn feed for up-to-date news on FutureMotiv and the team!
