In addition, we also cover cell selection and testing, BMS integration to vehicles or safety management, safe systems of work or HV safety.

Bespoke Battery Solutions​

FutureMotiv’s bespoke battery systems are tailored to exact customer requirements and utilize the very latest cell technology from the highest quality brands, maintaining high performance and efficiency charge-after-charge to ensure maximum performance and robustness.​​

In-house simulation is used to optimise pack configurations and confirm performance at the onset of design. Multi-physics simulation allows for Thermal system design according to customer specific conditions.​

Batteries and cells are rigorously tested for safety, functionality and performance, including standards such as UN 38.3 and UNECER100.02

Series Production Battery Consulting​

FutureMotiv supports all phases of the development phase, like system specification and requirement decomposition, regulations and standards, system integration (mechanical, thermal an others) as well as BMS and controls integration (ISO 26262), FMEA and Design Verification Planning.​

Drawing on FutureMotiv’s in-house battery designs and vehicle design work, we bridge the gap between sub-component and vehicle design. We can operate on detailed behaviours such as high voltage pre-charge and interlocks, whilst also managing macro-level aspects such as crash behaviour and environmental effects.​
