We’re itching to get this summer started and with events, activities, new projects and new content on the horizon, we’re certain that the next few months are going to be exciting for the FutureMotiv team.
And last month was a great precursor to what we’ve got coming up, so let’s take a look at what we’ve been doing…
Advanced Automotive Battery Conference
Our Head of Batteries & High Voltage Systems shared his expertise at the Advanced Automotive Battery Conference, chairing a session on Heavy Duty Electrification and then presenting the incredible work our Batteries & High Voltage team has done architecting and sizing HGV powertrains.
We make sure our teams stay on the forefront of their respective expertise and we thank our Head of Batteries for taking the time to showcase the FutureMotiv team at the AABC.
Case Study: Our testing Capabilities
From our Battery & High Voltage Systems team to our Software team, we’ve supported a range of projects from early on in development right up until the end of the V-cycle.
Our latest case study showcases two parts of two different projects – our software testing capabilities, and how we conducted a Battery Nail Test on a battery we developed.
Testing is such an important part of getting a vehicle project finished and here at FutureMotiv our teams are ready with the technology to support our clients with whatever requirements they might have.
IMI Level 3 Training
Our work with high-voltage battery technologies has set us apart from other suppliers over the years and, though our Battery & High Voltage systems team have an intricate knowledge of battery technologies, giving our other engineers insight into how batteries work means that they can progress their own projects with this knowledge in mind.
Last month saw several of our engineers take part in their Level 3 IMI training with a focus on passenger and HGV vehicles. This month, some of these engineers will go on to further expand their knowledge with IMI Level 4 training.
We’re always giving our teams the opportunity to further expand our knowledge and grow our capabilities in supporting our clients.
The summer months are going to come with some big updates from us at FutureMotiv so make sure you keep an eye out.
